Hello Mr. Power - A very nice post. If I were setting out to hire a colleague, what would I look for? I might ask for experience working with children directly. Making the leap from technology to pedagogy is easy for some, and difficult for others. People with good memories can retell a lesson plan, but confronted with a class of personalities and the task to apply the lesson is often a different story. In order to truly support teachers elbow to elbow, a good integrationist needs this lens. So, the easiest way to measure that capability is experience - and a demo lesson. Just my two cents.
