Welcome to the Performance evaluation program where I will be addressing the standards and benchmarks Shanghai American School have set for their teachers. I am excited about this project and consider this to be the beginning of a portfolio that will be developed and added to over time. A place where ideas, collaborations and examples of my work practices will be displayed for not only Administration around the world, but for my reflective growth as a 2.0 educator. 4 main areas of expertise have been identified at SAS for staff.
